It's only two days until Kinect arrives and I begin my quest to lose weight with Your Shape Fitness Evolved. I've been thinking more about what my goals will be and preparing for my Thursday morning weigh in. I'm hoping I can turn this into a lifestyle change that will stay with me and since my ultimate goal is more than 30 lbs this will get me on the right track.
I don't want to set an actual deadline for the first 30 lbs, but I'm hoping I'll at least have a good chunk of it down before we leave for Disney World in January. Since the trip is in a little over 8 weeks that would only mean 3 lbs a week which doesn't seem like an unrealistic goal, but I guess we'll see.
In addition to the exercise I plan to start eating better...which means less McDonalds :( I'll also be taking occasional walks in order to be ready for the several miles a day that I'll be walking at Disney World.
Anyway, that's the plan and I'm always up for encouragement as I'm working toward my goal.
