Working as a Game Designer means I spend a lot of time sitting in front of a computer and not being active.  I recently lost over 50lbs and I'm now on a quest to keep slimming down and keep it off for good.

I run a lot of races with my girlfriend and training for them helps keep us in shape.  We also are very active in sports (softball and volleyball) and try to workout a few times a week on top of that.  I'm currently on a quest to shave another 15 lbs!
