Working as a Game Designer means I spend a lot of time sitting in front of a computer and not being active.  I recently lost over 50lbs and I'm now on a quest to keep slimming down and keep it off for good.

My workouts currently include Running, Body Pump, Insanity, Piyo and lots of other Beachbody workouts.  I also play Softball and Volleyball a few nights a week.  I've also recently integrated Shakeology into my daily routine and have become a Health and FitnessCoach!
