This last week has been much better on my physically. I feel basically back to normal and by the end of the week all of my nausea had gone. My energy levels have begun to rise and are even better than before I started the diet now. There were four days this week that I didn't even have coffee...the headaches only lasted a day. Guess i'll come out of this having kicked the caffeine habit as well!
I was lucky that a business trip was cancelled this week, because I was concerned it would be difficult to follow the diet perfectly on the run. This gave me a 2nd straight week in a routine and being able to follow it to the letter with NO CHEATING!.
