During the third week of the diet, I've felt back to normal. I'm sleeping better(our new bed helps) and still have not been hungry at all. I found this week that my pants have a lot of room in them and when wearing a belt, I have to go a ring tighter just to keep them on. My wife bought me new jeans in the smallest size she has ever bought for me, I'm getting thin! :)
I'm also at the point in the diet where I can start adding in light exercise. I've been aching to get active again, so I'll start walking every day that I can and doing some light strength exercises. Can't wait to get going!
