During the third week of the diet, I've felt back to normal. I'm sleeping better(our new bed helps) and still have not been hungry at all. I found this week that my pants have a lot of room in them and when wearing a belt, I have to go a ring tighter just to keep them on.  My wife bought me new jeans in the smallest size she has ever bought for me, I'm getting thin! :)

I weighed in this morning to find I'm down another 5 lbs!  That makes a grand total of 27.8 lbs in three weeks on the diet.  My blood pressure is down another 6 points, so maybe I can get off of this medication soon.  Christmas is going to be a bit stressful with all the great food around, but I shall prevail.

I'm also at the point in the diet where I can start adding in light exercise.  I've been aching to get active again, so I'll start walking every day that I can and doing some light strength exercises.  Can't wait to get going!
