My weekly weigh-in was this morning and I'm down another 2.4lbs!

The focus of my diet has not been to make a drastic change to lose weight, but rather making better choices as often as possible.  I feel like this will help with a lifestyle change and it seems to be working so far.  I've only eaten McDonalds once during this two weeks which is a big win for me :)

Working late at times has kept me from doing Your Shape Fitness Evolved every night, but at least every other night has been achievable.  The routines are still just 15 mins though and I don't feel that the routine is giving me the results I'm looking for right now.  By the time I'm finished with this series of exercises I should have The Biggest Loser Ultimate Workout and be ready to give it a try.

I'm slowly but steadily moving toward my goal of losing 30 lbs!  I'm nervous about the upcoming holidays, but we have to live a little right?

Weekly Achievement: Eating a healthy breakfast and lunch most days this week.

Weekly Struggle: Having an entire pizza in front of me during a movie night with friends.

Way to go! I've just started using EA Sports Active 2 and I'm really feeling the results. Using five-pound weights instead of a resistance band makes me feel like I might finally get rid of these flabby arms and gain some upper body strength. It's not really about the number on the scale for me, but like you said, making healthier decisions and being in better shape all around.

Here's hoping we can both stay motivated through the holiday season! That will be a real test!

You know, I hadn't even thought of using weights during the routine yet. I wonder if the games will suggest that at some point.

Yes...the holidays are going to be rough. I'm going to try and not be so hard on myself :)
