The tech geek inside of me wants to order one immediately...but I can't seem to justify it's cost.



The thought of having all of my books in my hand is amazing...but having to repurchase all of those books would suck. So then I think about just purchasing books going forward, but the cost of the Kindle 2 would mean it would be a very long time before it paid for itself.

I dunno...I love the idea, but I just don't think it's practical enough yet. I'm enjoying getting books in Audio form and listening to them while driving to work.

(edit: oh..... I just found out that the Kindle will to text-to-speech and will actually read the books to you. This would allow me to have the text AND a version I can listen to in my vehicle)
