I had to get up early today for the dentist and will be at work late...so i won't get to see my son awake today.

I told him this last night, and he says "I'm Sad" then walks across the room and plants his face in his chair as he begins to sob.

Talk about my heart wanting to break in two...

I had him come back over to me and he sat in my lap, i explained that it's only one day...and i'll see him the next day to which he replied: "Ok...i'm happy"
