Here's a new follow up talk from Jesse Schell after his "Design Outside the Box" from DICE 2010.
I posted earlier about Achievements and how they are making an impact on game design today. This takes Achievements to a whole new level and is where I also believe things will end up sooner rather than later. I mean, who wouldn't like to get rewarded for the things we do every day? Especially if it promotes better health and habits.
