The new dodgeball season just started at work...and boy am I sore. I made the mistake of not getting into the gym and preparing before the first game. Our team (Mighty Whitey Tighties) played great the first game and demolished the other team....but game two was the other way around. My back was in so much pain and my arm was only at about 40% strength.
Long story short, we got our tails whipped by a new team that was much younger than us. We're going to have to get back into reigning champion form :)
