All of the Grandparents are requesting that we get a webcam set up so they can see our son.

This would be fine, except that He doesn't sit in front of the computer very well. Not only that, but he wouldn't really be in his element that way.

So, I've been looking into wireless webcams, and the only ones I can find are $200!

I guess the only other solution is to run a very long cord to the living room from my computer, but knowing Kian...he's probably be more interested in pulling on the cord than performing for the Grandparents.

Bleh... any other suggestions?

We bought webcams for all the grandparents this Christmas and they LOVE it so far! Of course, Cambria is much younger - but we just sit there and hold her so they can see her. I'm sure holding a toddler would be much more difficult. But so far - the webcam is working. Happy hunting =)

Jamey, that's great that all the GP's have webcams! And yes, holding a newborn that cannot move is a lot easier to put infront of a webcam than a busy body toddler who just loves to pound on the keyboard when he's near the computer LOL Hopefully we can find something that will work out :)
