Well it's confession time.  I haven't bothered getting on a scale in about a month because life has been very rough on my diet.  After getting back from Disney World I was sick and didn't really feel up to exercising for about 3 weeks.  After that things really picked up at work and the amount of crunch food consumed and lack of time to exercise has been tough.

All of that said, I weighed myself this morning and I'm only up 2.6 lbs...I feared it would be much worse than this.  I'm now a total of 6 lbs down with 24 more to reach my goal of 30 and am focused on getting to that goal soon.

Weekly Achievement: Mentally getting out of my rut and being ready to work hard again.

    That's pretty brave posting your weigh in like that. I've been using the Wii for weight loss (not just Wii Fit but other games too) and it's been fun. I never thought of posting my losses and gains, but I think it might be motivational.
